PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handlable compact titration device by sucking a sample solution into a syringe via a needle and sucking a titrating solution to the titration end point. SOLUTION: The tip of a needle 30 is wiped, a syringe 22 is held horizontally substantially, and the tip of the needle 30 is immersed in an analyzing sample solution. After a predetermined amount of the sample solution is sucked into the syringe 22, the needle 30 is raised from the sample solution, and then, the tip of the needle 30 is wiped off. Until the end point of titration, a sucked amount of the sample solution is read from measure formed in the needle 30 and a plunger 26 respectively. While a stirring tip 32 is operated, the needle 30 is immersed into a standard solution for sucking the standard solution, and this is continued until a titration end point is recognized from a color change around a syringe inlet or a read value of a sensor 44. A quantity of the standard solution sucked until the titration end point is read, and from the quantity of the sucked standard solution, the concentration of the standard solution, and the quantity of the sample solution, the concentration of the sample solution is calculated.
