PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish up a printed surface beautifully without a parting line appearing in the printed area, and protect an ink layer by providing an ink layer in the inside of a label laminate material by a method wherein a label is integrally heat welded to either surface of a trunk part and a shoulder part in the inside of a blow-molding die. SOLUTION: A preprinted label 5 is inserted into a cavity along the internal wall of the cavity of a blow molding die formed of split dies. The label 5 is preferably of a laminate structure which comprises successively from the surface side, OPP/a printing ink layer/PET/an adhesive layer/an aluminum foil/and OPP. Then, a parison is extruded perpendicularly from an extruder into the space at the middle between the split dies right and left, and blow molding is made with high-pressure air blown therein. The parison is expanded fully in a space surrounded by the internal wall of the die and adheres integrally to the label 5. On the occasion of molding, parting lines 4 are formed symmetrically which do not touch the inserted label 5.
