PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small-sized signal converter with convenience of carrying without the need for any power supply by converting a modem signal into a signal for a receiver of a telephone set in the case that no line connector is provided so as to attain communication for a computer or the like using a MODEM. SOLUTION: Creeping of a receiver speaker drive signal to a microphone circuit 4 is successfully eliminated without the need for active components by ingenious combining resistors R1-R5 or the like and a considerable miniaturization can be realized by eliminating the need for a power supply device. A new model current supply device copes with a modem 1 requiring DC voltage superimposition and the current is minimized and its miniaturization is realized.
