PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite film which enables the formation of a label having high weatherability and allows the neat peeling of the label after use by forming an inorganic material vapor deposited layer on at least one adhesive side flank of plastic film layers. SOLUTION: The inorganic material vapor deposited layer is formed on at least one adhesive side surface of the plastic film layers of the composite film for label having the plural plastic film layers adhered via an adhesive resin layer. Various forms are included as the laminated structure of such composite film and the film formed by laminating the easily adhesive resin layer (A), the plastic film layer (B), the inorganic material vapor deposited layer (C), the adhesive resin layer (D) and the plastic film layer (E) in this order is most preferable. The inorganic material vapor deposited layer preferably consists of a metal. Then, the durability of a base material film and the tacky adhesive layer is improved and the label does not remain any more on the adhered after the peeling of the label.
