PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary connector easy to visually confirm whether or not a flexible cable is wound in a specific direction around a specific roller on a moving body and excellent in assembling and reliability. SOLUTION: This rotary connector is composed of a pair of housings concentrically disposed and relatively and rotatably linked, a moving body 60 stored in a circular space formed in the pair of the housings, a roller holder and plural rollers 62 constituting the movable body 60, and a flexible cable 50 stored in the space in a windable or rewindable state and inversely wound by a specific roller 62A selected from plural rollers. A see-through hole to confirm the inverting position of the flexible cable is opened in the vicinity of the set part of the specific roller.
