PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly easily perform bottlenecked work by using a forklift used for loading and unloading work and by making use of a function inherent in an attachment. SOLUTION: This working equipment is provided with a blade device 1 having a scraping and pushing function, or a bucket device having a scooping and transferring function, or a clamp part 3 of integrating and transporting box type device applicable to loading and unloading work and capable of holding and compatible with the height dimension of the arms 7 of a clamp attachment 6. Only a clamp function inherent in the clamp attachment is used for coupling the arms 7 to the clamp parts 3.
