PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lens from being damaged and deformed by making a cushion chamber by forming two air gaps of different diameters opened downward on a lower part of a columnar base body, forming a projecting part in a peripheral shape at the lower end and making to flow high pressure air from a nozzle provided at a center part on an upper surface of the cushion chamber. SOLUTION: On a bottom surface of a columnar base body 2, air gaps of different diameters opened downward are formed and the air gaps constitute each of cushion chambers 3, 4. On the lower side, projecting parts 5, 6 are provided in a peripheral shape adjacent to a holding lens A. At an upper surface center of the upper cushion chamber 3, a nozzle 1 jetting high pressure air P is formed. In order to perform a nozzle function of an ejector mechanism by the nozzle 1, a vacuum chamber function of the ejector mechanism by the cushion chamber 3 and a diffuser function of the mechanism by a gap of the projecting part 5 and the lens A, pressure within the cushion chamber 3 is reduced by an ejector effect, a sucking force is generated, pressure within the cushion chamber 3 is rapidly increased by a hovercraft effect and the lens A is floated in the air.
