PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boat traction car capable of stable traction conveyance even on a road surface with irregularities to some degree and having improved safety, trafficability, workability, and the like. SOLUTION: A frame 3 is fixed to a front part of a tractor part 2 and a front tire 15 with a comparatively wide diameter is provided on a front end side of the frame 3. A lift mechanism part 4 pivotally having a lift body 29 is arranged on the front end surface of the frame 3. A driver 5 controlling rotary driving of the lift body 29 is arranged on the front end side of the frame 3. The driver 5 is composed of a cylinder 42 and a tip of a rod of the cylinder 42 is connected to the lift mechanism part 4. By advance and retreat of the rod, the lift body 29 is rotated, in other words, the rising and lowering is controlled, and thus, a front part of a rack carriage is lifted up so as to be freely elevated.
