PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a failure from a tip part of a carcass ply and to improve durability of a bead part. SOLUTION: By bending a carcass ply 16 from a bead core 12 to a ply tip P, that is, a folding part 16B having the ply tip P arranged in a tire radial outside part of a straight line K passing a tire radial outside tip 18A of a rim flange 18 within cross section along a tire rotary shaft and securing an actual length of the carcass ply 16, tensile force acting on a steel cord is gradually mitigated from the surrounding of the bead core 12 to the ply tip P of the carcass ply 16 through a mutual action between adjacent rubber and radial distortion of the ply tip P can be reduced. By locating the ply tip P at a radial inside, tire peripheral direction shearing distortion at the time of load traveling can be reduced. As a result, a failure (separation) from the ply tip P can be prevented.
