PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine enema apparatus which is safe and secure, small and light, easy to move, and inexpensive. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with rotary disks 6b, 7b rotated by an electric motor 2 from an opening of a medicine enema apparatus body 1a. Rotary rollers 6c, 7c are provided on the rotary disks 6b, 7b, and a cover 8 which, when closed, covers the circumference of the rotary disks in a circular arc form with a predetermined interval from the rotary rollers 6c, 7c. Thereby, positioning of an elastic tube between the rotary rollers and the cover, moving of the position for compressing the tube, and injection of medicine and suction of excreta can be carried out, and safety is promoted by making the rotary disk rotatable by operation of a switch on closing the above cover.
