PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform precooling and preheating until time for starting using and hence reduce the amount of power consumption and eliminate waste in heat supply by starting a heat source facility at the time of learning calculation and then forcibly and totally opening the valve of a liquid-cooling coil or a liquid-heating coil. SOLUTION: Valves M1v-Mnv corresponding to air-conditioning machines M1-Mn where operation time for that day is registered are selected, a heat source facility 20 is turned on at the starting time being obtained by learning calculation, and then the valves M1v-Mnv of a selected liquid-cooling coil or liquid-heating coil are forcibly opened. Further, the valves M1v-Mnv in forcible opened state are forcibly closed at either earlier time out of the operation start time of the air-conditioners M1-Mn, at the night-time electrical charge rate end time if it is specified, or the time when the temperature of circulation liquid returning from the air-conditioners M1-Mn to the heat source facility 20 reaches a reference temperature. After that, the heat source facility 20 is stopped, thus precooling/preheating the hear source facility 20 - heat exchanger by the learning calculation system. |
