PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erroneous setting between a pressure reducing means and a nozzle and the positional slippage between them from developing and realize the setting of them to the previously known optimum positional relationship at all times by a method wherein the pressure reducing means, which is arranged on the upstream side to the traveling direction of a casting surface from the landing point of a resin film discharged from the nozzle onto the casting surface, and the nozzle are integrally constituted. SOLUTION: A pressure reducing means 6 and a nozzle 1 are integrally constituted and the relative positional relationship between the nozzle 1 and the pressure reducing means 6, especially the relative positional relationship between the outlet of the slit gap 1a of the nozzle 1 and the chamber opening 6b of the pressure reducing means 6 is decided without dissent to a relationship determined in advance at an initial design and keep constant at all times. In an equipment, only by adjusting the position of the mouthpiece 1 to a drum 3, the relative positional relationship of the pressure reducing means 6 to a casting surface 4 can be automatically kept in the optimum positional relationship at all times, resulting in avoiding the contacting situation between the pressure reducing means 6 and the casting surface 4 from developing. Thus, the optimum positional relationship can be kept among the nozzle 1, the pressure reducing means 6 and the traveling casting surface 4, resulting in allowing to keep the quality of a molded product and realize the stable production of a film. |
