CHARGING METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SECONDARY BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging method for a secondary battery and a charging apparatus, in a simple constitution, with high efficiency. SOLUTION: A plurality of secondary batteries 12 connected in series are charged by a battery charging apparatus. The battery charging apparatus has a voltage detecting means 14 such as a comparator and the like for each secondary battery 12, for detecting a voltage thereof. The battery charging apparatus includes a current draw-out means 21 for taking a current from the secondary battery 12 or a charging circuit into which the current flows, and a boosting return-back means 26 for boosting the draw-out current and returning it to the charging circuit.
