摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method for self-traveling carriage with which man-hour for setting and maintaining map information on a carriage can be reduced by operating even the carriage, which does not have the layout information of a track, within the shortest distance to the destination while selecting the track of no jamming according to the instruction of a control unit for controlling a traveling block. SOLUTION: Concerning the operation control method for self-traveling carriage in a conveyance system provided with sign information installed on the track, a control unit for each operating block and communication equipment for performing communication between carriages T1, T2 and T3 and the control unit, the carriage T1, T2 and T3 having no layout information of a conveyance path from the starting position of conveyance to the target position inquire the traveling path to be selected to the control unit for controlling the current traveling positions, read the sign information on the track according to the instruction of the control system and travel to the target position.</p>
