PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit integrated large-size liquid crystal display device which reduces the circuit occupation area of the driving circuit integrated type liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: A signal circuit converts digital display data to an analog voltage by couples of positive-polarity and negative-polarity DA converting means 320 and 340 and samples the analog voltage by a sample means; and the DA converting means are characterized by that a voltage corresponding to the digital display data is selected from a gradation voltage group, which is supplied from terminal groups.
