摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the strength of frames even if a structure having an opening part for replacing batteries by horizontally pulling out at a low battery-loading position is employed. SOLUTION: A side cross member 16 at the right side is formed of a curved shape run along the peripheral edge at its lower side of the opening part 18a of a battery chamber 18. A reinforcing material fixed to a frame 1 at its lower part is installed on the interior of the side cross member 16 at the right side. A part extended along the opening part at its lower edge is reinforced. A reinforcing plate 20 is installed on the bent part 16a at its front of the side cross member 16 at the right side. The bent part 16a at its front side is reinforced by a reinforcing plate 20 and an extended part extended from the reinforcing material. The connecting parts at both the ends of the right side cross member 16 are connected at relatively high positions to a frame part 2 at the front and a frame part 3 at the rear respectively.
