PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive time measuring circuit having high resolution and accuracy. SOLUTION: This time measuring circuit is equipped with a clock signal generation part 1 for generating a clock signal having a constant period, counting parts 2, 8, 9, 10 for counting the clock signal, analog signal generation parts 3a, 3b, 16 for generating an analog signal whose amplitude is changed by the period of the clock signal, and a calculating part for calculating the time from the counted value of the clock signal by the counting parts 2, 8, 9, 10 and the amplitude of the analog signal generated by the analog signal generation parts 3a, 3b, 16.
