PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of the subject device and to improve the feeding accuracy of recording papers, by composing a part where the rotation transmitting member of a sheet feeding roller is abutted, of a rubber form elastic body, as well as to obtain a feeding groove corresponding to a male screw in a good accuracy, because the feeding screw is formed by using the male screw. SOLUTION: A driven sleeve 31 is fixed to the shaft end part of a platen roller 10. A male screw 33 is pressed to the peripheral face of the driven sleeve 31 by crossing it. A feeding groove 42 is formed on the peripheral face 31a of the driven sleeve 31 by rotating the male screw 33. The platen roller 10 is fed a specific amount by rotating the male screw 33 in an integral number rotations. The platen roller 10 is rotated one round by carrying out the specific amount feeding in an integral number rounds. Since the feeding groove 42 is formed by rotating the male screw 33, a good accuracy of feeding groove 42 is obtained. Consequently, the feeding accuracy of the platen roller 10 can be improved without using a gear processing the teeth accurately.
