PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the whole length of a device, and make a set-up space small in spite of a structure provided with a plurality of take-up mechanisms composed of a rotor, a thread guide and the like, and is mounted over to a device frame. SOLUTION: In this device, each rotating body 2 permitting each bobbin 1 to be rotated around a horizontal axial center, and a given number of thread guides 4 guiding a thread-like body over to each bobbin, are provided for a device frame 3, the position of one thread guide 4 at the lowermost side in the feeding direction of the thread-like body out of a given number of the thread-like bodies, is set up at a position in the upper side above the rotor 2, and the thread-like body is so constituted as to be taken up over each bobbin 1 within a set winding width, the prescribed number of the thread guides 4 including the thread guide 4 at the lowermost side, are freely moved vertically with respect to each rotating body 2. By this constitution, switch-over can be made between a housing attitude in a descending condition and a take-up guide operating attitude in an ascending condition.
