PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor device of a transfer mechanism part in a transfer device capable of detecting a mechanical loss before exhibiting damage. SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 25 is mounted to a feed bar to hold/ transfer an object to be formed, a strain gage 41 is mounted to a transfer member connected to the feed bar of a transfer mechanism part side, these detected signals are inputted into an acceleration arithmetic part 28 and an acting force arithmetic part 24, the inertia force imparted to the feed bar side and the acting force acted to a transfer mechanism part side is obtained. By inputting these inertia force and acting force into a mechanical resistance arithmetic part 29, the mechanical resistance generated to the transfer member is obtained, a degree of the damage generated to the transfer mechanism side is detected in a real time, a state leading to emergency stop is prevented beforehand.
