PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gonalgia preventive sock with a gonalgia preventing material adhered and fixed on the interior side of the sock for a long period of time, with a significantly improved bowlegs preventing function, to which a patch or patch member can be adhered/fixed very easily and securely, capable of previously preventing stuffiness and generation of bad smell. SOLUTION: As an adhesion means of a gonalgia preventing material (a), a nonwoven fabric (c), an urethane resin film and a patch (d) are separately applied and adhered by heat treatment. In another case, a laminated material consisting of an urethane resin film and a patch (d) is cut as the patch member and is put on the upper surface of the gonalgia preventing material and adhered by heat treatment. In these cases, as the patch is adhered to the base fabric of the sock b means of a sewing machine, the gonalgia preventing material can be securely adhered/fixed to the sock.
