PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation thermometer capable of measuring a bodily temperature with high accuracy by stabilizing the temperature in an earhole even in a low room temperature environment by heating a probe by arranging a heater in the probe. SOLUTION: This radiation clinical thermometer is provided with a battery 10 for supplying a power source in a thermometer body, a probe 12 to be inserted into an ear, an infrared ray sensor 11 for detecting an infrared ray radiated from an eardrum via the probe 12, a temperature converting means 17 for converting a signal of the infrared ray sensor 11 into a temperature, a heater 19 for heating the probe 12 and a heater control means 20 for controlling heating quantity of the heater 19. Then, the temperature in an earhole is stabilized even in a low room temperature environment by heating a probe 1 by the heater 19 arranged in the probe 12 so that bodily temperature can be measured with high accuracy.
