PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed container for which a virgin seal structure can be applied without spoiling sealing performance as to a cap whose rotation stop position is specified in mounting it on a cap main body. SOLUTION: This relates to a sealed container A comprising a container main body 2 to whose content fetching opening 21a a virgin seal 3 is attached and a cap 1 which fits to the neck part 21 of the container main body 2 and whose rotation stop position in mounting is predetermined. The second container A is kept airtight by the outside peripheral face 22 of the container main body 2 neck part 21 and the inside peripheral face 15 of the cap 1 contacting airtight.
