PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and efficiently recycle a cleaning blade, a developing blade and an eletrifying roller. SOLUTION: Temperature information inputted from a temperature detection means 14 arranged on the cleaning blade 13 included in a process cartridge, inherent information which is related on the temperature of the blade 13 and obtained from a RUM 15 with which the cartridge 1 is provided and time information obtained from a time measurement means 16 with which an electrophotographic printer main body is provided are fed to an arithmetic device 17 with which the electrophotographic printer main body is provided and arithmetically operated by the arithmetic device 17. Besides, they are integrated and stored in a memory 18. Thus, a performance degradation index is obtained and adopted as the reference of the recycling of the recovered blade 13. |
