PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure, wherein an inner surface resin coated metal pipe is cut to a desired length at a piping site and connected. SOLUTION: An inner surface resin coated metal pipe is cut to a desired length, flange forming is executed in its pipe end, a tapered flange 4 is formed to have a shape expanded in a pipe end direction and an inner surface coated with a resin, a pair of tapered flanges 4 and 4 to be connected are placed to face each other, a gasket 7 made of an elastic material is disposed therebetween, the pair of tapered flanges 4 and 4 are fastened in a pipe axial direction by attaching a fastening housing 8 having a pair of tapered surfaces 9a and 9b to the outside of the pair of tapered flanges 4 and 4, and the inner surface resin coating is pressed to the gasket 7 and sealed.
