PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent foreign matters from mixing and uniformalizing a mold temperature by a method wherein a foreign matter preventing torpedo, within which a heater is arranged, is provided in a resin flow passage running between a hot runner nozzle and a manifold. SOLUTION: A melted resin prepared in the heating cylinder of an injection molding machine is run through the nozzle of the injection machine and the manifold flow passage 20 of a manifold to a hot runner nozzle 4. A temperature adjustment is carried out so as to keep the resin running in the flow passage 20 under a melted state at all times. However, when the resin stagnates for a long period of time in the flow passage 20, the resin deteriorates so as to produce a carbide and turn into a foreign and solidified matter, resulting in developing a fear of the flowing of the solidified resin with the following resin injection pressure. The lowering of the temperature of the nozzle is compensated with a heater arranged in the foreign matter preventing torpedo 3. The carbide developed in the flow passage is removed with the foreign matter preventing torpedo 3 arranged between the nozzle 4 and the manifold 2, resulting in preventing the flow passage from being clogged. Thus, the foreign matter is prevented from entering and the clogging with the resin is prevented from occurring in the nozzle 4. The temperature in the mold is kept properly and a stable molding can be realized.
