PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a light emitting element capable of arranging reproducing driving conditions in a direction making them uniform with respect to each gate electrode. SOLUTION: In the driving device, a protective resistance 4 is connected to a gate power source by collecting protective resistances into one resistance with respect to power source terminals of plural driver ICs 1 to 3. When the number of gate terminals which are simultaneously selected at the time of scanning plural lines of gate terminals is set constant, a voltage drop across the protective resistance 4 becomes constant and a constant gate voltage is applied to each gate terminal and reproducing drivings are performed. Thus, reproducing drivings are uniformized and partial degradations of field emitting parts and unevenness of light emissions from a light emitting surface can be suppressed.
