PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed and collect a liquid crystal glass substrate timely to a liquid crystal manufacturing device, by fitting to the processing cycle of the liquid crystal manufacturing device, through an in-process conveyer device having an automatic conveyer carriage. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a storage shelf 3 which can temporarily store plural cassettes K housing plural liquid crystal substrates three- dimensionally, a stackker crane 13 furnished with a fork 13a and a running function which can come in and out and move vertically in order to move the cassettes K between the storage shelves 3, a substrate taking-out device 5 to take out the liquid crystal glass substrates sheet by sheet from the cassettes K loaded on a substrate taking-out shelf 4, a substrate return device 9 in order to return the liquid crystal glass substrates to the cassettes K loaded on a substrate return shelf 10 sheet by sheet, and substrate delivery devices 6, 7, and 8 to deliver the liquid crystal glass substrates between the substrate taking- out device 5 the substrate return device 9 and the unmanned conveyer carriage 15 of an in-process conveyer device.
