PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for cleaning-out of a tank to work with priming water capable of establishing a high efficiency and saving the labor in the clean-out operation for the tank by automating the system while the priming water system is incorporated. SOLUTION: This tank clean-out control device is composed of a ballast pump 1 to drain the ballast water from a ballast tank 3, a sea chest 7 to suck the sea water into the pump 1 as a priming water, a sensing means such as pressure gauge 9 to sense the clean-out starting condition of the tank 3, and a control device 6 to make automatic control so that the ballast water in the tank 3 is drawn effectively without generating counterflow of the valve opening of a sea chest valve 8 in the sea chest 7 on the basis of the sensing signal given by the sensing means.
