The invention relates to a process for in-vivo determination of haemodialysis parameters. In order to carry out haemodialysis with the highest degree of efficiency and with maximum safety, it is necessary, inter alia, to know the clearance of the dialyser. In order to be able to determine this in vivo, the invention proposes that the electrolyte transfer of the dialysis fluid is measured by means of a measurement device at two different predetermined dialysis fluid ion concentrations and that this is used to determine the dialysance, which is numerically equal to the clearance. |
