PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent environmental pollution by dust discharged from a discharge port or an exhaust duct together with solidifying processed soil by connecting a suction duct and a mud feeding pipe with an upper part of a main body, and providing a mud discharge port on a lower part, a cover for opening and closing the mud discharge port and an opening and closing mechanism for opening and closing this cover. SOLUTION: A cyclone body 10 constituting a cyclone 5 is fixed to a horizontal beam 12 by a bracket 11, has a suction duct 13 and a mud feeding pipe 3 connected on the upper part and is provided with a mud discharge port 14 on the lower part. A cover 17 is formed into a conical shape, is constituted by a dimension for closing the mud discharge port 14 on the upper surface and is mounted at a lower end of a supporting bar 19 constituting an opening and closing mechanism 18. The opening and closing mechanism 18 is constituted of the supporting bar 19, wire 20 suspending this supporting bar 19, pulleys 21a, 21b for guiding this wire 20, a frame 22 for supporting these pulleys 21a, 21b, a balance weight connected at one end of the wire 20, a torsion preventing member 25 at a lower end of the wire 20 and a stopper 24.
