ELEVATOR ERECTION METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the construction cost of a building to which an elevator is erected. SOLUTION: This erection device is provided with paired receiving members 22 fixed to the mutually opposite uppermost walls of a hoistway with anchor bolts 21, a support beam 20 both the sides of which are supported by the paired receiving members 22, and with connection members 23 mounted to the support beam 20 so as to let a pulley beam 13 and a rope end 11 be hanged down, and elevator equipment is erected while its car frame built in a guide rail is being driven by a take-up machine in a state that vertical load applied to an upper pulley 14 is supported by the support beam 20 fixed to the building. By this constitution, load only for moving up and down the weight of materials required for the car frame and erection operations is to be borne by the building.
