PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product useful as a photostabilizer, a heat stabilizer, an oxidation stabilizer, or the like, for an organic material, especially a synthetic polymer by making the product include specific two kinds of groups in a specific ratio. SOLUTION: This product comprises (A) 5-85%, for example, 15-85%, 15-80%, 15-75% or 5-75%, 15-60%, 20-60%, 30-60%, 25-50%, 40-60% or 50% of a group of formula I and/or formula II and (B) 15-95%, for example, 15-85%, 20-85%, 25-85% or 25-95%, 40-85%, 40-80%, 40-70% or 50-75%, 40-60% or 50% of a group formula III so as to become 100% total of the components A and B. A mixture of products of formula IV (R1 comprises 5-85% H or a 1-8C alkyl and the rest of a 1-20C acyl; n1 is 2 or 4; R2 is a 1-14C alkylene or the like when n1 is 2 and a 4-10C alkanetetrayl when n1 is 4) may be cited as the product.
