PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing device giving no unpleasant feeling when wetting clothes of a user and when a face of the user is exposed to a wind. SOLUTION: An air blowing device is provided with a water receiving part 1 arranged in an opening 3 of a counter D and an air supply means 5 arranged in an inside space of the counter D and composed of an air blower 5a for supplying high pressure air, and is composed of an air blowoff port 6 being connected to the air supply means 5, being arranged on this side of the counter D and blowing off the high pressure air in the direction for separating from a user and a water delivery port 4 being arranged in the counter D and delivering water toward the water receiving part 1.
