PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-luminescence(EL) display device capable of equalizing luminous brightness even when uneven characteristics of a second thin film transistor(TFT) consisting of TFTs make a difference in current values supplied to organic EL elements, in individual display pixels. SOLUTION: This organic EL display device is equipped with a first TFT 30 for switching, a second TFT for driving the organic EL display, and an organic EL element 60, which consists of a positive electrode 61, a negative electrode 66, and a luminescence element layer 65 put between the both electrodes. The second TFT consists of two TFTs, which are connected to each other in parallel. |
