PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable source circuit automatically luminance adjusting in respective temp. by constituting a data source circuit with an original source, an amplifier element, a resistor and a diode group serially connecting plural diodes. SOLUTION: An input source 101 is the original source of a data driver source circuit 110 being the source circuit for a data drive circuit, and its voltage is about 6 V±1 V. A transistor 103 is a usual bipolar transistor, and it outputs a data driver voltage 105 according to the potential of a junction 109. The diode group 104 is constituted so as to serially connecting seven pieces of silicon diodes having a nearly 0.6 V being threshold potential of silicon in a room temp., and is provided for making the potential of the junction 109 nearly 4.2 V in the room temp. A current limit resistor 102 is the resistor provided for obtaining a stable diode area characteristic, and is made 40 k-50 k ohm, and limits the current from the junction 109 to the diode group 104.
