SOLUTION: After placing a sample to be analyzed in the well of a nano-titer plate coated with a specific connective partner for a specimen, a prescribed amount of a labeled specimen is added in the case of a competitive assay. After reaching combination equilibrium, at least one measurement signal is extracted from the partial volume of a liquid phase. At this time, signals generated by the liquid phase are not substantially extracted. In the case of one phase, the measurement signal extracted form the liquid phase is used for computing the amount of the specimen contained in the phase and finally for measuring the amount of the specimen present in the sample. Quantitative evaluation on the obtained signal is performed with a previously created calibration curve, by computing a signal of the concentration of the sample under uniformly maintained conditions. It is possible to perform qualitative analysis by this method.
