PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to enhance a fine view of a ventilating opening of an electric apparatus accommodating box by a method wherein a plurality of slits are provided, and a series of ventilation fan mounting holes are provided at an outside end part of each slit at an outermost side of the slits. SOLUTION: A ventilating opening 2 is provided in a side wall of an electric apparatus accommodating box body 1 such as a distribution board, a control board, or the like, and the ventilating opening 2 is constituted by a plurality of slits 3. Of the slits 3, a ventilation fan 5 is mounted on the slits 3 sparsely formed at an outside end part of each slit 3 at an outermost side and a series of ventilation fan mounting holes 4 by a screw clamp, etc. The plurality of slits 3 pass, so that an air is flown out, and an increase in temperatures inside the electric apparatus accommodating box body 1 is restricted. Thus, as a hand, etc., does not enter into the plurality of slits 3, it is unnecessary to provide a ventilation fan guard, and a fine view of the ventilating opening 2 of the electric apparatus accommodating box 1 can be enhanced.
