PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect, electrically and mechanically, a circuit protection element to terminals without soldering process. SOLUTION: This structure for electrically connecting a circuit protection element 1 having a semiconductor element body 5 to terminals each having a tabular terminal body, comprises a pair of tabular terminals 2, 3 integrally formed with the element body and extending in the same direction, connection parts 4 separately formed on the tabular terminals, coupled plates integrally formed with the pair of terminal bodies, respectively, and extending in the direction crossing the extending direction of the tabular terminals, and holes formed in the coupled plates for forcing the connections therein and having a size somewhat smaller than the cross-section of the connections. The connections 4 comprise a long piece and a short piece, these forming a pair, coupled to opposite sides 2a, 2a of the tabular terminal and extending in the direction crossing the extending direction of the tabular terminal, and the short piece is folded back on one surface of the tabular terminal while an end part of the long piece is bent to the one surface side and folded back on the short piece.
