摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the efficiency of cooling of a power converter higher and controlling of the surge voltage of a switching device effective, by fitting an electronic component to a position away from a cooling wind ventilating route, and connecting it with a wire of the shortest length. SOLUTION: An electronic component 31 is fitted to a position away from a cooling wind ventilating route so that the ventilating route for a cooling wind sent out from a fan 6 may pass the cooling wind to cooling fins 5 to the utmost efficiently, and connection is performed with a wire of a copper plate 41 by the shortest distance. Constitution is made so as to keep low the inductance between a switching device 1 and an electronic component 31 caused by a surge voltage of the switching device 1. Consequently, it becomes possible to lower the static pressure of a cooling wind which the fan 6 generates, to increase the quantity of the cooling wind, and to make the efficiency of cooling higher by the electronic component 31 which is inverted its fitting direction and moved to the extent of not being a hindrance for the cooling wind ventilating route. Besides, the bent copper plate 41 makes it possible to suppress the surge voltage of the switching device 1.
