PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in manufacturing a wire rod bundle while easily setting the branch length and branch position of the branch wire rods by fitting one or more branch wire rods of the wire rod bundle in a fitting hole formed at a desirable position of a plate member capable of abutting on the outer periphery of the wire rod bundle consisting of plural wire rods through a slit notched from the fitting hole toward the end. SOLUTION: A wire 14 passing through a slit 19 notched from an end of a plate member 17 of a jig 16 for abutting on the outer periphery of the wire rod bundle 11 formed of a branch harness 13 wound with a tape, a main harness 12 and the wire 14 divided from the main harness 12 is fitted to a fitting hole 18 in the center part of a plate member 17. The wire 14 is stably fixed to a desirable position in the desirable direction by a tape 21 removed from the main harness 12. The wire 14 is divided so that a distance from a connector 15 installed in a tip of the wire 14 to the fitting hole 18 coincides with a desirable branch length. In order to prevent the loose-out of the wire 14, the slit 19 is provided with a tongue part. |
