METHOD FOR MANAGING WORK FLOW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to utilize one flow definition for plural affairs in order to realize plural works requiring respectively different slips in each work but having the same circulating route as a work flow. SOLUTION: The work flow managing method is provided with a work definition part for managing a work document format corresponding to a person in charge in a circulation route independently of definition information about the circulation route of work documents. The work document format is determined based on the state of a work document stored in a flow control part 15 and also based on the definition information of a work definition part describing a work document format to be processed next and corresponding to a person in charge.
