PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a high-pass filter integrally in a circuit board, to effectively remove a low-frequency signal, and to obtain superior design with a large degree of freedom of arrangement of various patterns. SOLUTION: The high-pass filter is equipped with strip lines 23 and 24 for main inductor formation which are formed in different dielectric layers in laminate by laminating dielectric layers 10a to 10d and a couple of capacitance forming electrodes 21 and 22 which are provided opposite across the dielectric layers. The strip lines 23 and 24 are connected by a via hole conductor 32, which is connected to an earth electrode 11 through a strip line 28 for subinductor formation and via hole conductors 34 and 35 for the subinductor formation.
