PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication by making valid one of respective terminals corresponding to the utilization condition of a user by sharing the same telephone number among plural terminals. SOLUTION: Concerning a portable telephone (A) 31 and portable information terminals (B) 32 and (C) 33 contained to the same group, ID information peculiar to respective terminals is registered. Then, the usage right of a telephone number is exchanged among the respective terminals 31-33 within a valid range 34 of specified small power radio communication and the communication function of the terminal, which does not have that usage right, is invalidated. Thus, the telephone number is shared among the respective terminals 31-33 and communication with the outside is possible by using the terminal having the usage right thereof.
