PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an optimum path and a service menu in response to applications by providing a function that utilizes position information by the global positioning system GPS to calculate a plurality of paths communicated with a communication destination and the service menu, selects and executes a service optimum to request items of a user among the menu items. SOLUTION: A mobile radio unit 11 uses a GPS antenna 111 to receive a signal from a GPS satellite and a GPS position detection section 112 detects a position of a mobile radio unit 111. Then a path calculation section 114 calculates a plurality of paths communicated with a communication destination and a service menu on the basis of data of a database 113 storing map data, charge system data of each base station and routing path data and of the position information from the GPS position detection section 112. Then a path/ service selection section 115 selects a path and a service menu most in matching with user request items based on the data from the path calculation section 114.
