PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount electronic components simply and surely on a board without causing misalignment, floating up, dropping off, or the like, in surface-mounting them on both sides of the board. SOLUTION: A card connector 1 is surface-mounted on a board 40 by soldering lead parts to terminal patterns 45 of the board 40. This mounting structure has metallic mounting parts each formed in one body and equipped with a plate-like fixed part 31 linked/fixed to a connector housing 10, a pair of plate- like mounting parts 32 horizontally extending from both sides of a lower end of the plate-like fixed part 31, and a lock leg part 33 extending vertically downward from the middle of the lower end of the plate-like fixed part 31 and having a laterally protruded locking protrusion 33a on its lower part. The board 40 has mounting patterns 41A, 41B formed for soldering/bonding thereto the pair of plate-like mounting parts 32 and mounting holes 42A, 42B vertically bored therein in positions adjacent to the mounting patterns.
