SOLUTION: An optical measuring equipment has a rubber ring sheet 213 fixed by a fixing hook 25, while abutting against a liquid crystal panel 12. The rubber ring sheet 213 has an inside diameter sufficiently larger than the outside diameter of the opening 212a of a flange 212. Since the abutting position (central position of contact influence region 123) is separated from a region 121 to be measured, the contact influence region 123 is prevented from being overlapping the region 121 to be measured. Three stimulus values (X, Y, Z) indicating the brightness and chromaticity of the region 121 to be measured are measured in that state.
