PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically make hands-free speaking by dividing a incoming call sound suspending period into plural periods, calculating the average of sound pressure inputted from a microphone every period and closing a line based on the calculated average of the sound pressure. SOLUTION: At the time of detecting an incoming call, a control part 101 controls a ringer circuit 109 to send a call sound from a speaker 112. When a ringing period signal is no longer detected from the circuit 109 and a timer part 105 times 200 msec, the part 1011 obtains the first average of sound pressure inputted from the microphone 103. When the part 105 times 1420 msec after obtaining the first average, the part 101 obtains the second average of sound pressure inputted from the microphone 103. In the case when it is higher than the first average, when the part 105 times 380 msec after obtaining the second value, the part 101 obtains the third average of sound pressure inputted from the microphone 103 and when the second average is higher, the part 101 executes hands-free speaking.
