PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize forgery on the device when an image, such as a bill, which is inhibited from being copied is inputted and to mount the device on any printer controller relatively easily by deciding an inputted image by comparing it with previously stored specific images and informing an engine control means of the result with relatively simple information. SOLUTION: The CPU 211 of a printer controller 210 controls the transmission and reception of image data to and from a host computer 110. A memory 212 as an image data expanding means expands received image data into a bit map. A comparison part 213 as a comparing means compared the image data expanded in the memory 212 with specific data (e.g. images of bills, securities, postage stamps, stamps, etc.). A video controller 214 outputs the image data in the memory 212 to an engine control part 200 at prescribed timing or performs an image process, etc. A serial module 215 makes a serial communication. |
