PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL display device having no display irregularities generated by supplying a current to be supplied originally to an EL element, by suppressing a characteristic change of a second TFT for driving the EL element. SOLUTION: In this organic EL display device equipped with a first TFT for switching, a second TFT for driving an organic EL element, and the organic EL element comprising an anode 61, a cathode 66, and a luminous element layer 65 interposed between both electrodes, a back channel generated by a voltage applied on the cathode 66 is suppressed, and display irregularities are reduced, by installing a conductor 56 formed by extending a part of driving power supply wire for supplying a current to the organic EL element 60, on the upper part of a channel 43c of the second TFT.
